I was treated rudely by this business owner. I don't know anything about his business but, I know how to treat people. He apparently does not.

I am a 68 year old great grandmother who asked to use the bathroom. They have a porta-potty outside. Our guide had told us that they had an inside bathroom. When I asked to use it, he said no, you can use the porta potty. I told him, I had been told ladies could use the the inside facility. Again, he insisted that I could use the outside one. He was cold & rude about it.
When I came inside again with our fishing guide and asked could I use it now, his demeanor changed, saying he was sorry, it was out of order.. Then he threw in " it's not a public restroom". So, which is it, not working, private or a case of "I didn't think you were a customer??
Best people in the world. Happy to do business with them!!
